Oven-baked salmon - Uunilohi

1 (approx. 800 g) fillet of rainbow trout (kirjolohifilee)
½ tsp lemon pepper (sitruunapippuri)
½ tsp salt (suola)
2,5 dl cream (ruokakerma)
2 tbsp dill (tilli)
1 lemon (sitruuna)

1. Rinse the fillet with cold water and take off its bones and skin. Put the fillet on an oven dish.
2. Sprinkle the lemon pepper and the salt onto the fillet.
3. Pour the cream into the oven dish.
4. Cook in the oven (at the bottom) in 175°C for 35-40 minutes.
5. Sprinkle the dill onto the cooked fillet.
6. Slice the lemon and serve it with the fish.

Serve the salmon with potatoes and vegetables or with cooked rice.
